Normalised, show week 10th - 13th March

We were mostly in the theatre this week doing lights and sound for the majority, this takes time as we relaly want it to look its best. There wasn't really much we could of done for sound as all the transition songs are sang by JJ live on stage which is amazing. The lights are simple yet effective, there's no lighting tricks or fancy projections but the stage has a lovely dim light like its out doors at dusk. The set is looking fantastic and we have found a solution to the fence problem (a fence is put up half way through the show when the builders take over the meadows) by having it pre-set hidden behind the bushes and the erected when needs be in a transition.

costume is looking up to scratch, my gang have really pulled together there chavy-est clothes and during dress rehearsals I couldn't tell it was even the. the vibe of the gang is very good I feel really supported by them, I have a lot of energy to bounce off of and without them saying a word they can fully convince everyone that we are in a mean horrible little group.

the show went better than I ever could of expected, it really had a different feel to it this time, putting on the play for people is the point of a play but this play has a different point like few others, its here to educate and show people some real life true problems, Family issues, teenage life, guilt, homophobia and so much more. it was a great experience play Jamesy as horrible as he was, I said from the start of this year that I want to play more villains so I still think I moving in the right direction. The next stop is Newcastle theatre royal, I have plenty of time to develop Jamsey even more now and I'm very exited, all we have to do now is wait for notes.
